[Question #13503] In the clear for sure?

Hello and back to clarify and hopefully put an end to this. These questions are regarding HIV. I had MANY exposures years ago, dating back to 2008 up until 2017. Since that time my health has diminished and I have had multiple ailments. From 2008 until now I have had LOTS of HIV tests including 4th generation, rapids, PCR, etc. More aggressive HIV testing was done starting in 2017 when I started getting ill. In 2017, which was my last exposure I got all the PCR quantitative for HIV-1, and proviral DNA for HIV 1/2, along with a fourth gen. All negative. My latest testing was a week ago in which I went to Labcorp and got a 4th generation, and a Qualitative RNA(Roche)for HIV 1/2 which was negative. I have now been dx with decreased renal function and now going to nephrologist. My health is continuing to decline.
1)Could MANY MANY HIV tests of different technologies(Multiple qual/quant PCR, 4th gen, rapids) provide false negative from 2008-present?
2)Could one have a false negative due to a rare subtype due to my exposure from Asian masseuses and possible strain from Asia not picked up by testing in the USA?
3)How are rare types of HIV diagnosed if tests are not designed to pick them up, or does this happen?
4)Is there enough crossover genetic material in HIV that all tests will pick up HIV if indeed infected?
5)Are there instances that you are aware of where HIV just cannot be picked up in individuals because of some sort of reason? I do produce antibodies to other stuff when tested.
I just want to be well again and need to be sure that everything has been done to rule out HIV and get my health back on track.
Thank you

I am flabbergasted that you have returned to the forum with these repetitive questions. They were answered by Dr. Handsfield earlier. Did you not understand that HIV is an STI. your inability to accept that you do not have an STI, including HIV suggests that you are in need of professional counseling to help you move forward and to stop wasting your time and resources. I will provide brief answers to the questions you presented today and close the question. Any further questions on any topics regarding persistent STI’s will be closed without a reply and without return of your funding fee.
1. Currently available test for HIV amongst the most reliable tests in all of medicine. You have been tested for HIV antibodies for HIV antigen and for HIV genetic material. Each of these results is conclusive. A false negative test is simply not a realistic possibility.
2. No
3. Testing is performed using different indicators, such as antibodies, antigens or genetic material so that if one test fails another would pick it up. You do not have HIV.
4. Yes
5. No.
Again, I urge you to seek professional counseling for your pathologic inability to accept that you do not have HIV or other STIS. This completes this thread. Please seek professional counseling help. EWH.

Thank you. I just have all these genuine diagnosed health issues that have over the last few years without explanation. I Just worry that my past behavior may have caused this.
Thank you for your time.
