[Question #13510] Herpes First Outbreak Location

Good Morning,
Male the received oral from a female, the oral occurred on the penis only and was unprotected.
2.5 days later there was a whitehead looking bump (tough to see) on my taint area.
Would it be possible for and initial outbreak herpes to appear there or does it appear at the site of contact (ie the penis). She did not come in contact with the area in question.
Thanks

I think it is very unlikely that anything on the perineum (I think that's what you are referring to) would be a herpes infection from the oral sex encounter. Most often, new herpes presents as lesions on the area involved in the sexual activity- in your case, the penis. And herpes lesions don't look like whiteheads, they look like water blisters.
