[Question #13535] Risks and Evaluations

Hello Doctors,
I apologize for my repeated questions. These exposures are different than those that I have previously asked about.
I visited a CSW for an hour (350$ so higher end through booking). The service comes with high reviews and repeat customers that I have read reviews of.
The woman I saw offers unprotected services but as I am in a relationship I opted to use protection I provided. I wanted to know what your thoughts were on the following exposures:
1. Deep French Kissing both before and after the oral sex.
2. Unprotected Oral Sex (Receipt I did not give her oral sex)
3. Protected Sex. The condom kept slipping down but never off, and I eventually started to use my hands to keep it situated at the base as much as I could. Due to using my hands I got what I imagine is a mix of her fluids and lube all over my hands and genital areas that were not covered.
4. She rimmed me. I also french kissed her before and after this as well.
5. I used a vape device throughout the session and wanted to know if somehow those fluids from my hands got onto the device and therefore into my mouth does it raise any concerns with Oral exposure as otherwise all I did was deep french kiss.
The booking service noted that these women take preventative antibiotics and prep. As well as get tested everytime they are “on vacation” due to menstruation.
Do you feel that I should test and/or refrain from usual sex life with my partner for any longer than 5-7 days (this would be how long any gonnorhea/chlamydia from the unprotected oral would take to show).
Thanks!

While the partner you describe is different, the nature of the exposures is similar. In reviewing our earlier interactions the principles outlined there are applicable to your current situation. This was a very low risk encounter. To repeat those principles:
1. Most commercial sex workers do not have STIs. You have been told the steps that have been taken to make her a low risk partner.
2. Condoms are highly effective for STI including HIV prevention
3. Receiving oral sex, including analingus is very low risk
4. Sharing cigarettes or vaping devices is not a risk
5. Most single exposures to infected partners ( unlikely in your current situation)do not result in transmission of infection
6. Testing is always a personal choice
I would not be concerned about the exposures you have described. EWH

Regarding the condom usage. Does the slippage and fluids getting all over unprotected parts due to me having to hold it in place at the base affect reliability and are there any possibilities of STDs raised by this?
I imagine using rubbing alcohol and soap would be enough to clean my hands after the fact.
