My 69 yo girlfriend contracted hsv2 fifty years ago. Her last outbreak was thirty years ago.
I know that condoms don't provide complete protection.
If she started acyclovir and I used a condom, what is my risk of contracting hsv2?

Someone who has been infected for that long and with no outbreaks for 30 years is unlikely to be shedding virus very often at all. Condoms reduce transmission by 65% and antivirals by 48%. That's having sex about twice per week when she has no symptoms. Hope that is helpful

Thank you.
2 follow up questions.
1) Can I get hsv2 from kissing her?
2). Can I get hsv2 if she performs oral sex on me?

People with genital HSV-2 very rarely have HSV-2 orally, and when they do, it rarely recurs and is very rarely shed or given off from the body.
So the possibility that she would infect you by kissing you or giving you oral sex is incredibly low. If I were you and in your situation, I wouldn't give this one moment's worry
