I'm still have anxiety over the situation and maybe missed symptom during those 6 weeks but I'm not sure as i feel like I have false memories mixing with most recent events
I did do a body check up including a urine test and this were the results summarized by chatgpt:

Urine test is mostly normal — clear, yellow, with normal pH (7) and specific gravity (1.025). All key markers like protein, glucose, ketones, bilirubin, blood, nitrite, and leukocytes are negative.
The only minor finding is “few cocci-form bacteria,” which can sometimes appear due to mild contamination or an early/minor bacterial presence, but white blood cells (WBCs) are normal.

I know it wasn't an STD but would anything from urine test give hint to an std?

Also if I had gonorrhea during those 6 weeks, what would be the odds of her getting it?

I'm sorry you're back. You are seriously overthinking the situation. There isn't much more to say beyond my evaluation and advice in your previous thread. I suggest you carefully re-read it, concentrating on every word.

In response to your specific question, the answer is no. I would be proud and entirely reassured to have the urinalysis results you report for yourself. There isn't the slightest hint of an STD from those results. There also is no possibility you "missed symptoms" of gonorrhea for 6 weeks. If you had gonorrhea during those weeks, it is nearly 100% certain you would have infected your partner, but that did not happen. It is entirely certain you caught your gonorrhea during the sexual encounter just a few days before onset of your symptoms.
