[Question #13570] STI Risk Assessment

Hi doc, I stupidly went back again to a massage place. After the usual massage, I received a body to body where I am lying down face up, and she is naked and is sliding her breast from my penis to my chest. When her breast are on my chest, her vagina is near my penis which I try my cover using my hands as I am afraid of risk. Finally, she sits on my scrotum, I think her vagina is in my scrotum, with maximum to be in half maybe of the shaft. Then she kind of sandwich my penis using her stomach to what she calls to be "fake sex" and then I finish. Best of my knowledge, there were no urethra to vagina contact. But my mind is playing with me. Surely If it went it I would know right?. Am I at risk here doc?

Welcome back. However, looking back at your two previous questions a year ago, you still seem to greatly overestimate the chance of STIs. Without intercourse -- i.e. your penis inside another person's vagina, rectum or mouth (or penetration of your anus or mouth by a male partner) -- you can safely assume that all other sexual exposures are risk free, or such low risk that testing is not advised. That includes body rubbing and genital apposition without penetration. I would advise against testing for anything on account of the massage events you have described.
Let me know if anything isn't clear.

I see. So the question is always going to be if there is penetration or no? Since testing is not needed, I can safely continue unprotected sex with a partner? Sorry if this seems repetitive.

Would her vaginal liquid be irrelevant in this case?

Yes, penile penetration is the main risk; simple contact with vaginal fluids has little or no risk. You can safely continue sex with your regular partner.---
