Hello Doctor,

I’m back with a new question. I had a low risk exposure 3 weeks ago and got tested and everything came negative. Two days I made another mistake and got a happy ending massage. The girl was fully clothed the entire time. She gave me a hand job using her saliva as a lubricant. Next day I started experiencing pain while urinating. Should I be getting tested again for all the stds. Any chance of chlamydia or gonorrhea from this event. Is Herpes or HIV a concern? Can the pain be caused by aggressive masturbation? Can I continue unprotected sex with my wife..All this is giving me anxiety and I need some direction. Thank you

The answers to these questions are obvious from your previous discussions, and repeated anxiety driven questions are not permitted. You may not use our forum to tell us about every new sexual exposure you have, especially when no different than your previous ones and when the answers are obvious from those discussions. Read your other threads; the answers are there.

As you should already know from our previous advice, no STIs are transmitted by hand-genital contact or through saliva. Neither HIV, herpes, gonorrhea, chlamydia, nor any other STI is a concern from such an event. You do not need testing and can safely continue unprotected sex with your wife.

There will be no opportunity for further discussion and future questions of a similar nature will be deleted without even this much reply, and without refund of the posting fee. Thank you for your understanding of the forum policy.
