Dear Dr. HHH,
Good day
Sir, i recent dated a girl for the first time. She says she works in a massage palour. No Anal no vaginal and no oral sex. We hugged each other. We both we on panties and we both wear a latex gloves. I touched her vaginal and was rubbing on it. She was wearing panties and i was wearing gloves. We both kissed on each other's cheek, neck etc. She did a handjob for me with gloves. Suddenly she kissed on my lips for one second. It was not a deep kiss but just a casual kiss were both of our lips touched for one second. I am scared now of STD especially Hiv.
1. Whether this is a no risk event?
2. Can I forget this incident and move further?
3. Can I have unprotected sex with my wife?
4. According to you do I need to test for hiv? Or can I ignore testing and move forward?
5. I was worried about the kissing for one second? Can I move forward if it is no risk with out any testing?

Welcome to the forum. Thank you for your confidence in our services. I'm happy to help.
HIV is not transmitted without sex that includes penile penetration -- at least there have been very few if any cases known in the entire 40 year history since HIV/AIDS first appeared in significant numbers. Kissing, hand-genital contact (even without gloves) are no risk at all.
Those comments pretty well cover your numbered questions, but to assure no misunderstanding:
1. Whether this is a no risk event? Yes it was.
2. Can I forget this incident and [move on without worry]? Yes.
3. Can I have unprotected sex with my wife? Yes; there is nothing in these events that puts you or your wife at risk of HIV or any other STI.
4. [Need HIV testing]? No.
5. [Kissing]? No risk even if you had vigorous open-mouth (tongue) kissing for 15 minutes or more. Saliva does not transmit HIV.
I hope these comments help you move on without further worry. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

Thank you Dr. HHH,
Correct me if I am wrong and to educate myself. Only way to get HIV is penetrate sex Anal, vaginal that too deep penetrations. Other ways will not transmit HIV and people will not get HIV. Hiv virus dies immediately onces it is outside body. So deep penetration are required to transmit.

I don't understand "that too deep penetrations".
It is often claimed that "HIV dies immediately once it is outside body". Probably this is not true, but it doesn't matter. Nobody ever catches the virus by contact with contaminated blood or body fluids except by penetrative sex. Since it doesn't happen, the biological reasons don't matter. Right?

Thank you doctor. I understand that transmission only happens inside the body via anal and vaginal unprotected sex. No risk in kissing, hugging, handjob etc. and other activities for hiv.
Thank you so much for the great service. People make mistakes and you are giving a great service and accurate information for everyone especially those who have stress..
I will move forward with no testing and will forget this incident
Thank you for the wonderful service. Have a great day sir .
