Appreciate you taking my follow up question.  Just shy of 2 years ago, I performed cunnilingus on a stripper in a VIP room.  Never tested for anything.  About a month ago I performed cunnilingus on my wife for the first time about a month ago, again which was just shy of 2 years since the event.  We had sex last week and within an hour began feeling a stinging sensation at the tip of my penis which I am still experiencing, with no discharge. The stinging is mostly constant and worse when sitting.  Feel more discomfort post urination vs during.  In addition I am starting to feel some discomfort in my left testicle (although I do have a varicocele there and felt discomfort there in the past).  I have also had CPPS in the past as well, which has brought about similar penile tip sensations in the past .  

Welcome back to the Forum.  There is no realistic possibility that your current symptoms are due to gonorrhea or another STI acquired through cunnilingus performed nearly 2 years ago.  Most people, including most commercial sex workers do not have STIs and even if your partner did have gonorrhea, chlamydia or some other STI, STIs are only VERY rarely acquired through cunnilingus.  Further, had you acquired an STI such as gonorrhea or chlamydia, it would most likely have resolved without therapy long ago.  Finally, no STI would cause symptoms within 2 hours of an exposure.  I really see no reason for concern about an STI and no need for testing although admittedly, testing is a personal choice.  Should you choose to test, I am confident that both a urine test and a throat swab for STIs will show that you are not infected.---
