Welcome back to the forum. However, I have nothing to add to my replies during our discussion 15 months ago. The sexual exposure a few months before that -- now almost two years ago -- was no risk for HIV or any STI and as discussed last time, you have been seriously over tested.
Vaginal candida (yeast) infections occur in most women from time to time and is almost never an indication of increased risk for HIV or any STI. And no STI causes the same symptoms as yeast infection. Dermatitis of the eyes, face, etc. also does not fit with HIV or any STI, and your test results prove with certainty that you have none of these infections.
You are WAY over concerned about your past sexual indiscretion, and your fears are frankly irrational given the low risk of that event and your multiple unnecessary tests. This is not normal and your fears are not going to clear up without professional assistance. You should consider professional counseling: i
There is nothing to worry about here. I hope these comments are helpful.

Muchas gracias Dr. Handafield.
I know that with my test it almost impossible to be infected, but when you read international guides they use to mention this jnfections as suspected HIV. Can you give us your knowledge about this. Maybe would help many people to solve their doubts because what I read is the reason to ask you again.
1. Is vaginal candidiasis a typical symptom of any STI? Is a aign of inmunospresion.
2. What about seborrheic dermatitis? I have read a spanish guide that use to ask for HIV test in presence of this symptom.
Once again thank you for your time and kindly words. I would try to find help for this irrational fear, the problem is that every single random symptom that you google Hiv is always an option.
