I am a mid 40's male, uncircumseized and had unprotected oral (give and get) and vaginal sex with a 48 year old married woman. We have been chatting for a month or so via a dating app, we met for a drink and then went back to my hotel room. She stated she last had unprotected sex with someone else (not husband) about a month ago. She said she tests regularly, is a professional career woman, caucasian, and lives in a suburban neighborhood. I don't want to spread anything to my partner so I am a little worried about the risks of catching an STI. I had a condom ready but in the heat of the moment we didn't use it.
I also have 8 days worth Amox-Clav 875MG antibiotic with me. Should I take the 8 day dosage (2 pills a day for 8 days) to prevent any STI during its incubation period? Please let me know if that is a wise decision? Please let me know my risks of catching an STI and if this was a risky exposure.

You describe a partner at very low risk for having a current, transmissible STI. (Looking at your distant past two questions, it seems that in general you select your partners with care -- all you have mentioned seem to have been at low risk.) In addition to your partner unlikely to be infected, you describe an essentially zero risk event. Oral sex is low risk even unprotected. You do not need the antibiotic and in any case amoxicillin/clavulanate would not be reliable against the most likely STIs from oral-genital contact. I also advise against any need for STI testing on account of this event.
I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.
