There is never risk of HIV or any STD from hand-genital contact. In theory, there could be risk of those STDs transmitted primarily by skin-to-skin contact (herpes, syphilis, HPV) if genital fluids are used for lubrication. But even this is exceedingly rare if it occurs at all

There is probably no risk at all for STDs transmitted by fluids, such as gonorrhea, chlamydia, HIV, and certain others). There have been no scientifically reliable reports of ANY STD transmitted by hand-genital contact.

And certainly there is no risk via left over semen from prior massage clients, towels, etc. "Happy endings" (masturbation by massage providers) are entirely safe from an STD/HIV standpoint and it is safe for you to continue sex with your wife.

That completes the two follow-up comments and replies included with each question and so ends this thread. I hope the discussion has been helpful. In addition, please note the forum policy against repeated questions. This should be your last about the risk from non-penetrating sexual experiences or contacts. Thank you for your understanding.
