With the increase in oral sex, do you see alot or oral hsv2?

we see almost none. HSV 2 has what we can a strong site preference for the genital area so it rarely lives orally and when it does, it rarely recurs or is shed from the mouth

Thank you.
Im worried about a one time exposure from giving oral sex. Lasted maybe 5 mins. Neither one of us has been tested before, but neither one of us has ever had a lesion that we know of.

Giving oral sex is different - if your mouth is in contact with someone's genitals, that's different than someone giving you oral sex (that risk is lower because HSV 2 doesn't often live in the mouth of a giver). However, the risk is still really low because the chance that someone is shedding virus from their genitals at the exact moment you give them oral sex is still really unlikely if they do happen to be infected.
