[Question #13802] Risk assessment

Hi doctors, last Friday I met up with a guy from an app. He said he was fairly new to gay stuff and was HIV negative so I felt reasonably comfortable. He performed oral sex on me, I fingered him and I topped him with a condom. The condom was on the whole time and was intact afterwards.
However, afterwards we were talking and he said he’d only been with one guy before but that guy had topped him without a condom, about 2 months ago. He said he discussed STIs with the other guy and he told him he was negative, but who knows. That information has sent me into a bit of an anxiety spiral because if he was infected 2 months ago he would likely have a high viral load.
If that’s the case, would it significantly increase my risk from insertive oral sex, fingering or condom protected sex?

These questions duplicate those you asked in one or more of your five previous threads going back several years. I suggest you go back and read them, question number 4911, 7096, 9127, 11215, 12692. It sounds unlikely your new partner has HIV or other STIs; and even if he did, you describe an entirely safe sexual exposure that could not have infected you.
