Hi, I have very small bumps on the penis in multiple places in the shaft, can I please upload a picture or send it to your email. I havent had sex for at least 1 year and was only 1 partner, I noticed the bumps incidentally, are they HPV? Herpes? syphilis? Or something normal. 

Welcome to our Forum.  Thanks for your questions and your confidence in our work.  Although we have a firm policy of not looking at or interpreting images on the site ( they are often misleading), I’ll be glad if comments.  It is unlikely that the “bumps” you happened to see are warts or any other STI.  Neither herpes nor syphilis would appear as bumps and these diseases would occur a year after an exposure.  Warts would not typically appear in multiple locations, would not take a tear to appear either.  I suspect they are normal.  The appropriate next step is to seek evaluation by a trained clinician, either a dermatologist or at your local public health department.---

As I said, I will not be looking at the picture you sent.  The spots you see may well be Fordyce lesions but the internet is also often misleading.  I encourage you to get examined by a trained clinician.  ---
