Met 9 times an African Malawi girl from Jan24 to May24 with whom i get blowjob & frottage, every time she lie down on stomach naked & i am rubbing my penis to her ass spooning position for 10 min then mostly release in underwear or in her mouth.
Did my annual medical check up on 16April 2024 including hiv blood test negative.
on 20 Apr24 I got fever (sorethroat, cough, fever, bodypain) for 5 days & after 1 week again got high fever from afternoon till night with body pain for 2 days then i recovered.
As far as i remember i didnt penetrated just hard rubbing grinding & pressing on her naked ass with my underwear. I even tried fingering her ass it was so hard to finger. So my questions are
1. Does the symptom of last year in April was ARS & ongoing symptoms from 15 days of severe chills, tickle, itchy throat, clearing throat, dry cough etc is STI infection, as I am not recovering and i am having fear of hiv due to symptoms.
2. Is the risk of penetrating of penis with underwear to vagina is less compared to anal. i read anal fluids are more dangerous.
3. What are the risk of acquing hiv from African lady where hiv is rampant, if in worst case scenario i had penetrated with my thin 2 layer underwear.
4. I read Dr H said if penetration happen with boxer it is safe, as fabric acts as barrier. But Dr Hook said if the penetration is deep or the boxer is single layer only then there is risk of hiv. Also, poz forum or other Dr dont agree if dipping or penetration happen in anal with underwear it is risk of hiv.
5. i am afraid to test hiv as i m working in Gulf, if tested positive will be deported. What you think of my risk.

Welcome to our Forum. Thanks for your questions as well as reviewing previous interactions with other clients. We make these threads available to provide information to you. Although HIV rates in Malawi are relatively high, the activities you describe did not put you at risk for HIV or other STIs, frottage is a no risk form of masturbation and there are no proven cases of HIV which have resulted from receipt of oral sex. While your flu-like symptoms are similar to those of the HIV ARS, they are also caused most often by influenza, COVID, or one of the many viral illnesses that most people get from time-to-time. When at risk persons with symptoms have been studied in emergency departments, 99% of them have something other than HIV. Thus, in response to your specific questions:
1. As I understand it, your symptoms have lasted more that two weeks. If that is the case, they are not the ARS which lasts only two weeks or less. Your symptoms should have resolved by now if they started last April.
2. HIV is not transmitted through underwear, even if underwear is wet with genital secretions whether the exposure is vaginal ir anal. Further, no penetration, no risk.
3. See me comments above. If there was no penetration, there was no risk.
4. You are misquoting me- if underwear is worn, there is no risk.
5. You should test. Testing will not change whether or not you have HIV and nothing that you describe suggests that your activities put you at risk. If your symptoms were due to HIV, the test will be positive. I anticipate that if you test, your results will show that you do not have HIV.
I hope that this information if helpful. If anything is unclear, please use your up to 2 follow-ups for clarification. EWH

Hello Dr Thank you for your reply.
I know frottage without penetration is not risk of HIV. My main question is
I want to know what if there was partial or full penetration during frottage with my thin cotton underwear of 2 layers to anal.
If partial or full penetration happen during rubbing does my cotton underwear fabric 2 layers will act as barrier & enough to protect from hiv entering to mucosal membrane.
Question no 10000 , 1708 & 2875 11013 (Dr H replied if your penis was entirely covered by the cloth of your underwear, sure no risk of HIV.
No STD is likely to pass through clothing materials and even wet with genital fluids at least not in quantity to transmit infection. The weave of the textile blocks them quite effectively. You don't have hiv and no need to test. Need direct skin to skin contact.
Also question no 11514. Dr Hook replied STI including HIV are not transmitted through material, even if wet with genital fluids and even there partial penetration and even for 5 min still no risk.
My sports shorts are pretty sheer and if I penetrated her with them on (a few minutes) what is the risk of HIV
I think you are overthinking this. As I said above, HIV is not transmitted through clothing, no matter how shear. . No change in my assessment. Please don’t worry. EWH ---
Just clarify this
Regarding my symptoms in April 2025 it was for 5 days and 3 days. Not going on till now
Now I m feeling shivers and chills, cough, throat clearing, tickle and itchy since last fifteen days starting from 15 February 2026. Still not recovering so I m fear if it is due to hiv.

This is repetitive. There is no such thing as "partial" penetration. Either you did or you didn't and if you did, you would have known it.
Your reference to questions replied to by both Dr. Handsfield and I ALL confirm what I have already said once again, HIV is NOT TRANSMITTED through cloth, even "sheer" cloth and even if wet with genital secretions.
The symptoms of the ARS do not come and go.
You are continuing to overthink this and apparently, despite your awareness of multiple statements by Dr. Handsfield and I, you continue to worry. Get tested and put this behind you, don't just quote previous statements which simply repeat that what you describe was no risk EWH
