Hello doctor
I have followed this page for a long time now and thought I was educated enough in this field to make decisions to better my health, although that is not the case
On February 19, 2026 I booked a transsexual worker M2F post opp, the encounter was kissing oral both ways wearing a condom, two minutes rimming me unprotected and then I was the penetrative partner in sex which lasted around 2 minutes also, I finsihed inside the condom and pulled out of her and my penis slipped out of the condom and it stayed inside her, I am now week 3 and have been very anxious about this whole situation
Over the past week I have been checking my penis for discharge and have also been squeezing it slightly multiple times a day due to anxiety while looking for discharge and the other morning I woke up and there was white cloudy liquid at the tip of my penis which led me to keep checking throughout that day and ever since and I feel like I keep noticing very small amounts of white fluid once or twice a day
I haven’t had any other symptoms like painful urination or painful testicles
I have also had unprotected sex with my girlfriend around eight days after the encounter and we had sex twice
I am now devastated thinking I have given her something after seeing this white discharge on me
I wanted to confirm my risks about this encounter and the actual possibility that I do have one of these STI’s that caused discharge
Thank you for you’re time doctor and i appreciate you’re knowledge This is my first time asking a question on here so sorry if I haven’t worded everything correctly

Welcome to the Forum. Thanks for your questions and your implied confidence in our service. I'll be glad to comment. The encounter you describe was low risk- you do not know that your partner was infected and even if she was, most single encounters do not lead to infection. Further, condoms are highly effective, virtually eliminating risk for infection. When condoms slip off upon withdrawal from a partner, the condom has typically done it's job and infections do not occur. You may not be infected- a certain amount of genital secretion from the penis is normal if a person looks closely and repeated manipulation of the sort you describe can be irritating, increasing the likelihood of seeing a non-infectious discharge resulting from the irritation of repeated examination.
I encourage you to get tested and suspect that you may find that you are not infected. The test should be a urine test for gonorrhea and chlamydia. If the test is negative, your GF is not at risk and you need to stop examining yourself. Please get tested BEFORE you take any antibiotics and antibiotics will only confuse interpretation of your test results and prolong your anxiety. If your health care provider chooses to treated you AFTER taking the urine test "just in case" that's OK but I suspect you will find that you are not infected.
Please get tested and let us know the result. EWH

Hello Doctor Hook
After my question yesterday I have ordered rapid 3in1 test for chlamydia and gonorrhoea would you consider a negative test from this to be conclusive at 3/4 weeks post exposure?
Today (13:27) and this morning I haven’t noticed any more discharge and have also been checking way less
I wanted to ask about the testicular pain side as I have no idea if I’m experiencing this or just being hyper aware of the area? If chalmidya was causing pain would it be noticeable? And not able to be miss interpreted?
Also want to add that the “girl” I was with did show me a negative test but it was a month prior
Thanks for you’re time doc I appreciate it

I’m glad you got tested. Do you know the brand of test you have gotten? Unless the test was performed by a fly by night company I would encourage you to believe the results which I anticipate will be negative.
I suspect your testicular discomfort may be due to your search for symptoms. Testicular pain due to an STI would be quite obvious and persistent, not intermittent.
Her negative test makes it less likely that she was infected.
One follow up question remaining. EWH

What are the actual chances I picked anything up from this encounter with the trans women if everything was protected and I believe the condom was used correctly without breaking?
Would you say it’s very unlikely I transmitted anything to my girlfriend 8days after this exposure?
My test is from a uk company called “get tested” it is a rapid urine test that is still currently in delivery I’m hoping it’ll be here tomorrow so I can just chill out I’m sick of worrying now and I wanna be normal around my girlfriend but I just can’t with this worry
Thank you for you’re time doctor

This is a repetitive question. As I said, Chances you were infected is low but not zero. If you are infected, there’s about a 50% chance you transmitted it to your GF with two episodes of unprotected intercourse.
There are places in the UK ( London for sure) that offer same day, highly accurate testing.
This is my final response until you post your test results. EWH

Hi doctor
I took my rapid test 3in1 TV,chlamydia,gonorrhea
I think the test failed
I done exactly what it said and chlamydia came back clearly negative
Tv had a problem with dye pooling right at the bottom of the strip
And Gonorrhoea had a very faint almost black line on the T section while the C section was very pink
I don’t understand theses results and they have not put my mind at ease as I have ordered another one from a different company to see if the results differ
I am week 4 post exposure which was condom protected insertive anal sex and oral both ways with a condom and have no symptoms of gonorrhoea
Would you consider that result negative or inaccurate?
Thanks doctor

I agree with you- it sounds like the test failed. I have little suspicion that you have for several reasons ( the low risk nature of the exposure, the absence of symptoms which would have occurred in well over 90% of infected persons, and your description of the test results). I understand if you choose to re-test but, if you do, in the interim I urge you not to worry. EWH---
