Just a HJ and BJ at a massage parlor for about 5 minutes until I ejaculated outside her mouth, no sexual intercourse. I know insertive oral sex is a low risk. My question is what if she has cuts inside her mouth and Im uncircumsized. Her mouth didnt appear to cover with blood. What is the risk although theorical?

Welcome to the forum. I'm happy to help.
Your understanding that insertive oral risk is low risk for STIs is exactly right. Cuts in the mouth, bleeding gums, or similar problems in your oral partner make no difference. In theory, being uncircumcised raises the risk of HIV and maybe other STIs if exposed. On the other hand, obviously there have been billions of oral sex events over the years in which these conditions were present -- and still no known HIV cases and all STIs remain rare.
So there is little risk to worry about. The possibility of any STI rom any single oral sex event probably is under one chance in many thousand. Over the next few weeks, be alert to symptoms like abnormal discharge of pus or mucus from your penis, painful urination, and penile blisters or sore. If none of these occur within 2-3 weeks, you can be confident you were not infected. If you would like still more reassurance, you can have a urine test for chlamydia and gonorrhea 4-5 days after the event; and blood tests for HIV and syphilis a few weeks later. If you do so, you can expect negative test results.
I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

Thanks for the detailed explanation Dr. Handsfield. I'm sorry i didnt mention timeline. The episode of Blowjob was in on January 25 in Vietnam. Came back to the state second week of Feb.. Jetlagged lost of sleep and colder weather. After 4 days I came down with cold/flu, whooping cough, sneezing, running nose, chills, aches for 1.5 weeks. My doc ordered cbc and other tests showed elevated wbc. HepABC negative, Cla/Gorr - negative, Syphillis-negative, Hsv2-negative the only positive is HSV1. I dont know of HSV1 i got from the past or not. What do you think about these tests? Does the blow job and the symptoms warrant an Hiv test despite hiv oral is low risk? Thanks

Acute HIV infection does not cause cough, sneezing, or nasal congestion. The "flu like" symptoms that are associated with acute HIV include only headache, muscle aching and fever. Anyway, your symptoms and exposure details no longer matter, since all the tests you had were conclusive.
---
In the US, half of all people test positive for HSV1. In much of the world, up to 90% of adults test positive. Probably it's an old infection, and it makes you immune to catching genital HSV1 from oral sex.
No, the BJ and your symptoms do not warrant HIV testing. However, testing has reassurance value for many persons even if there is no risk. If you'll sleep better knowing you have had a negative test, feel free. If you do it, you can be certain of a negative result.
