Welcome to the Forum. I'll do my best to help you and hope that you'll find the information I provide helpful. It's not clear if the condom came off when you were withdrawing and remained in your partner or if came completely off during sex. Either way this was a low risk encounter and I would not recommend PEP for you if I saw you in clinic. Let me explain:
1. Most commercial sex workers do not have STIs, including HIV.
2. Most single encounters with infected partners do no result in infection. In terms of HIV, in the unlikely situation that she had untreated HIV, the average risk of infection is less than 1 infection in 2000 encounters- in other words, IF she had HIV (unlikely) there is still a greater than 99.9% chance you WOULD NOT become infected.
3. Taking PEP would delay your ability to test accurately by a month.
Please don't worry. EWH
