[Question #13909] Intense Vagina to Penis Grinding

Hello - hope that this finds you well.
A couple of days ago during a naked bury massage, the massage therapist straddled me and rubbed her vagina - back and forth on my penis until I ejaculated. There was massage oil on her vagina and my penis. There was zero penetration. However, this lasted for about 30-60 seconds. I am sure that she rubbed the shaft and the head at some points. Should I take PEP? I did not penetrate but am concerned about her fluids coming into contact, given that she was completely naked.

Welcome back to the Forum. I happened to be on-line when your question arrived so you are getting a response far more quickly than is typical. Any follow-ups, may take substantially longer.
These questions are quite similar to questions you have had addressed by both of us in the past. As Dr. Handsfield said in his response to your last question -"there has never been a case known to have been acquired oral to penis or by frottage, or by non-penetrating genital contact." That is the case irrespective of the intensity or duration of the non-penetrative contact. There no need whatsoever for PEP related to the encounter you describe in the unlikely situation that your partner had untreated HIV. There is no need for concern and no need for testing related to the events you describe. EWH

Thank you, Doctor. Appreciate that the concern is similar, this encounter felt riskier given duration and the climax.
Does the below apply only during dry grinding? I’m not sure if she was wet given the amount of oil but would her vaginal fluids increase the risk? Or the fact that I ejaculated?

Frottage is frottage, irrespective of wet or not, irrespective of whether you ejaculate or not ( after all, it’s a form of masturbation) and irrespective of duration or intensity. No need forcPEP or even testing.

Thank you!
The encounter was Sunday.
I am currently feeling achy on my right side - armpit lymph nodes and right neck nodes. no swelling but discomfort and fullness. No fever or rash but my right side is definitely activated. If my risk were higher from your POV - would these be early symptoms of ARS or HIV taking holding my body? Is this is a precursor?

Final response:
You've gone down the "abnormal lymph nodes" rabbit hole before. The answer is the same as before- enlarged lymph nodes can be entirely normal and this is far too early t be the ARS. You are worrying needlessly. You are not at risk. I encourage you to move forward without concern.
