Me 38 married to woman,
protected top, penis into anus.
Him- 45 plus I know he does unprotected. He's a bottom that let's men do anything.
What should I worry about.?. Condom was intact, water based lube. I don't know why I do stuff like this. Only anal was done.
I heard him say before he was on prep and had doxy prep or pep.

Welcome to the Forum. Thanks for your questions. I'll be glad to comment. Congratulations on your practice of safe, condom-protected sex. As long as the condom is worn throughout the encounter and does not break (condoms break about 1% of the time they are used), you are protected from STIs, including HIV. I would not worry about STIs and do not feel that there is a scientific reason for testing although testing can be reassuring if you would like the additional reassurance of the negative test. Testing for gonorrhea and chlamydia, the most common STIs, will provide conclusive results any time more than 3-4 days after your encounter. If you wish to test for syphilis and HIV, blood tests would be conclusive any time after 6 weeks.
---
Given that it sounds like your partner has had other casual partners, he is relatively high risk although the fact that he said he was on PrEP and took doxy-PEP is reassuring and makes it unlikely that he was infected. For future similar encounters asking partners if they have HIV, when they were last tested (for STIS, including HIV) and the results may be helpful for assessing the risk of your encounter.
I hope that this information is helpful, As I said, I would not be worried. EWH

Yes, I don't think I'm too worried about the gon, chly or hiv.
It's the viral that I'm a little worried about, I didn't see any signs on the outside of the anus. But obviously I did not inspect internally. I went deep full penis on a couple strokes. I tried to keep condom covering penis.
1.i'm do for a yearly full panel this week, this exposure was Wed March 25th, would Saturday 28th be ok to test for the gon chly? Or wait for Monday.
2. What are timelines for the viral std symptoms. I guess the main one would be genital hsv./hpv
3. I'm suppose to be a good man during marriage. She's the only woman that I've been with according to her. We took each other virginity. So I'm not sure how I could explain hpv or anything.

1. Saturday would probably be OK but I’d still lean towards waiting until Monday to be 100% sure.
2. Your risk of herpes with condom use and no visible lesions in your partner is less than 1%. If you are going to develop HSV symptoms this would occur in 10 days or less following the encounter.
3. Again, with a condom is low but not zero. Don’t get out in front of things.
One follow up remains. EWH

I'm a nervous wreck..... I was fine for the longest. Quick update.
Feb 20th protected vag sex with Asian massage girl
March 25 first man to man protected anal sex me being top... he is a bottom that does anything with anyone usually raw.. I asked him for a dose of doxy pep.. he uses so that stuff since he's a anonymous bottom. I took a dose right after on March 25.
March 30 blood testing overall and hiv was suppose to be std also but I guess the doctor forgot to put it in. Didn't realize until results came in on april 2nd and everything was normal.
I went on vacation April first for 10 days
April 11th had unprotected with female spouse. April 16 calls me asking about virtual visit to a doctor because her vag has not felt right / weird feelings since we had sex April 11. Joked saying what did you give me gonorrhea. I said not me.
I was mentally fine, until this call from my spouse today.
Please help. I was only really worry about hsv2. I know there's a small chance of gon even with the dosage of doxy.
Let me get an additional question since I wasn't giving crazy questions.

Man, i was really not trying to worry about anything. This call made me panic. The only thing I've really had going on was some scrotal redness and itchiness. No penile discharge that I could notice, and I don't think I had and penile burning while urinating. I really thought I was fine. Also., the guy said he was monkey pox vaccinated. I really thought I was fine.
What are my greatest to lowest possible infections.
Or whatever you have for me.

Final response. No change in my assessment or advice. Scrotal itchiness is often a manifestation of looking "too hard" for signs of infection. Redness would be a manifestation of scratching- this does not sound like herpes. If you had acquired HSV, lesions would have been seen within 10 days of your encounter. They have not. If there is a visible area of lesions, a herpes PCR test may be helpful and I anticipate would be negative. This soon after your encounter, HSV blood tests will not be helpful.
Between the condom you used and the antibiotics you took there is virtually no meaningful risk for chlamydia, syphilis or HIV. As you know, your risk of gonorrhea is reduced somewhat but not complete by the antibiotics but with a condom, that is not something to worry about either.
