Friday morning I received oral sex from one night stand.  I was prescribe Cexfixme 800 MG 24 hours later and took it. I have a date with non -exclusive partner sunday night at 730PM. What risk do i have for gonnorhea after the exposure i described + the receipt of that drug? And for syphilis after that drug?

Do i need to worry about Chlymedia or trick? 
I did not notice any oral lesions

Welcome back to the Forum.  These questions are quite similar to your questions of Dr. Handsfield 18 months ago and the answers are unchanged.  It is statistically unlikely that your partner had any STI and the cefixime you took is likely to have prevented gonorrhea and/or syphilis is you were exposed.  Trichomoniasis is not meaningfully transmitted through oral sex and the risk of chlamydia is likewise quite small.  Following the encounter you describe i would not feel the need for testing and would not worry about unprotected sexual contact with your regular partner.  EWH---
