Welcome to the forum. Thank you for your confidence in our services.
First, your partner probably does not have HIV. Except for certain geographic areas, like tropical or Southern Africa, in most of the world HIV remains rare in females even in sex workers. A woman who attends football (soccer) matches might be especially low risk. And the frequency of HIV probably is low in women who attend football (soccer) matches.
But even if she has HIV, your risk for HIV is zero or close to zero. The virus is not transmitted by hand-genital contact or fingering, even if there is blood contact as well. Also not transmitted in saliva or by kissing.
From a medical/risk standpoint, you do not need to be tested for HIV or any other STI. If you have a regular sex partner, you can safely have unprotected sex with that person without putting them at risk.
I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.
