I tried to write everything here, but I couldn’t because it was too long. Sorry for that so
I will start with the general information that I got it from the net{ which always misleading people]
And then, if you allowed me, I will ask my particular question for particular incident that happened to me
This is the general question
What worries me most is that I have read online that HSV-1 and HSV-2 can be transmitted through skin-to-skin contact. I really need more information about this. Does this mean that any contact between the intact skin of an infected person and that of an uninfected person can transmit the virus, or does there need to be friction? Can transmission happen even when there is no visible lesion, or must the infected person have a lesion? If the infected person does have a lesion, does the other person need to have a scratch or minor injury as well, or can the virus still be transmitted through intact skin? If so, which areas of the skin can transmit the virus even without micro-injuries? Finally, what if I completely avoid skin-to-skin contact while using a condom?
Thank you, Dr.

Transmission of HSV can happen when someone has no apparent symptoms, yes.  The virus is transmitted to very thin skin, like genitals or mouth.  it is not transmitted through thicker skin with no lesions, like thighs or buttocks or belly or arms or legs.  I think it is difficult for me to answer these questions without you giving me a specific example of your concern.  Could you do that please?

I could not sent the whole email first.  I am a male 44 Years old  Who lives in Switzerland now divorced? two years before I got very typical cold sore on my lips which I considered to be HSV 1 let’s put this on the background
5 days Before I had sex with escort girlI noticed something in her butt Which was only color for What seemed to be an old big pimple or something of that sort ,  It was brown in color but it was only color flat nothing remain, anyway I tried to avoid it and I am sure I avoid it completely and continued until I finished, it was very brief encounter I would say 30 seconds maximum  in which I felt maybe three times that my testicles and groin area touches her  vagina although I was trying to not touch, but you know, I’m such times things sometimes  are Difficult to control,  I finished and that’s it I used the condom from the beginning until the end. I tried my best to cover every part the condom can’t cover. and after that incident, I checked the condom by fill it with water and it was intact
Three days later After I went to the toilet in the morning time, I felt something strange on my anus I tried to check it. It was like raised lump. Exactly on part of the anus I checked on the Internet and I saw it was pretty much like that external hemorrhoid no pain unless I just touch it I would feel discomfort  in the same area, but nothing from the known symptoms of  HSV 2  and then I started to feel a bit of constipation I know the reason for that I have been eating badly for the whole week before changing my habit of eating, sorry to be too long but I will try to make things easier for you doctors by  numerating my questions
1- what is your assessment for this incident which took place before five days do you think such incident can transmit the hsv 2? do you think this lamp on the honest can be atypical kind of symptoms for hsv

I think the chances that you acquired HSV 2 is extremely low!  You were very careful about the condom, checking that it stayed in place and checked for leaks and there were none.  The parts of your body that would have come in contact with her buttocks had thick skin - perhaps your lower belly or pubic area.  IF that area of concern was herpes, your thick skin would not have allowed herpes to enter, again IF that was herpes.  I really have no concern about this episode being a source of HSV 2 for you.

Hello again dr,
sorry this is my last question, just to put  things perspective it was done in "doggy style " position , I did not check her vaginal area to see if there is any lesion there, as I mentioned, it was very brief contact so my question here
1- Will the transmission of the disease happen even if they were no visible lesion and  even more important if the contact is light touch, not pressing or friction?
=========================================
This is a general question has nothing to do with the incident
2- this is a general question if a female, which has oral HSv 1 perform a blow job on me without condom. Can she transfer? Hsv1 to my genital
Thank you so much dr

The position for sex doesn't really matter with your particular concerns.
1.  Transmission can happen with no visible lesions, yes, but is more efficiently transmitted with friction, definitely
2.  Yes, HSV 1 can be transmitted from the mouth of someone with HSV 1 to the genital of a person who does not have HSV 1.
