[Question #13951] Need for oral hsv testing please advise

Hello,
I recently entered a new relationship and am having anxiety regarding the need for retesting. Since the last time I had sex I tested negative for everything (including both hsv 1/2 as did my ex partner). Since then I gave unprotected oral sex to a man but did NOT have vaginal sex OR receive any oral sex. After my oral sex encounter I got retested for everything except herpes since I knew I could not have anything genitally and the herpes blood test gives me severe anxiety. My questions are:
1.) what is the likelihood of developing hsv2 orally from giving oral sex to a man and should I be retested to rule out any oral exposure if I’ve had no symptoms?
2.) what is the statistical likelihood of receiving a false positive on a blood test for hsv2?
The individual I gave oral to did not have any symptoms I noticed, but has never been tested for herpes. My fear is not knowing but also testing falsely positive and causing unneeded anguish. Thank you for everything you guys do you are my go to for anything sexual health related and I appreciate your time.
