Hello doctors.

First of all, I would just like to echo what others have said about my immense gratitude for the service you provide through this forum, it truly has been an invaluable source of information for me regarding sexual health.

Yesterday, I received a massage at a massage parlor from an Asian male.  He struck me as gay/bisexual, but not sure.  I do not know his status.  He was massaging my glute area and I got aroused.  Without me knowing, he took his penis out and very briefly slapped the outside of my anus.  It could've been the tip on the entrance, I'm not sure.  I don't know if there was any pre-cum.  I was a bit shocked, immediately stopped the massage, and took a shower before leaving.  I'm not saying he was entirely in the wrong because I was turned on/aroused, but this is what happened.  He apologized.

There certainly was no penetration, and the entire thing was less than 1 second.  No other fingering or any other activity.

Can you please advise if any testing or follow up action is recommended?  I just did a comprehensive STI panel (all negative) two weeks ago, and haven't had any other sexual activity since then.

Thank you.

Welcome to our Forum and thanks for your questions.  I’m pleased that you’ve found the information we provide helpful.  I’m also pleased to tell you that the event you described was a no risk event, even if he happened to be infected and even if genital secretions were present ( which is unlikely since he was not arroused).  I see no medical reason for concern or testing.  I suggest you move forward without concern.  EWH---

Thank you, understood.  He was likely hard (aroused) and it wouldn't surprise me if there was a bit of pre-cum.  But there was certainly no penetration, and it was very brief.  Just double checking to make sure that factor doesn't change your assessment.
