I have met with a married bi guy a few times, we exchange oral, and rub our cocks together.  My question is I have had no noticeable symptoms to date.  But my gf recently had a blood in urine and experienced urgency to pee.  She went to dr and they prescribed cefalexin I believe.  I am concerned that I may have been exposed to and sti though oral, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea or?  She took a home AZO UTI test two weeks after she finished her antibiotics and it showed high leukocytes and no nitrates.  I took a test (AZO) uti test as well.  Both the leukocytes and nitrates were negative.  Do I have reason to be worried?

Welcome to our Forum.  Thanks for your questions.  I'll be glad to provide some information.  The encounters you describe were low risk.  Your partner sounds as though he is low risk- you might check with him to make sure he hasn't had symptoms- I suspect he has not.  Rubbing your penis's together did not put you at risk for STI (it is a form of masturbation and thus, no risk) and STIs following receipt of oral sex are relatively low risk.  Chlamydia is decidedly uncommon and gonorrhea, when acquired, is typically symptomatic in over 90% of cases in 3-5 days following the encounter.  Further, the absence of leukocytes in your urine suggests that there is no penile inflammation present.

My guess is that your GF had a UTI (relatively common [that is what she was treated for] and sometimes associated with intercourse) and that you do not have an STI.  I would not worry but if you wish to test to reassure yourself, a urine test for gonorrhea and chlamydia would rule out possible STIs (I would consider testing optional, depending on your level of concern).  Should you test, I anticipate that your tests will be negative.

I hope this information is helpful.  I would not be worried. EWH
