Should I be worried about mpox, based on my last experience. Which I shared that i was in the sauna with a male person and held and touched his penis briefly (twice) with my hand for about 5 or so seconds. I got my answer regarding stds, but I was wondering about mpox exposure? Could I get it from this brief activity?

Welcome back.
---
In the United States, Mpox occurs almost entirely in discreet outbreaks. If there is no current Mpox problem in the area you live, you can safely assume there was little or no risk. I have no idea where you are, but at the moment Mpox is rare nationwide and I haven't seen publicity about particular outbreaks. If there have been no stories about it in your own local media, probably there are few or no cases in your environment. To be sure you could telephone or check the websites of your local or state health department. You also could inquire about being vaccinated to prevent it.
Transmission of Mpox does not require the intimate contact needed to transmit STDs. If Mpox is prevalent in your area, the kinds of contact you describe could transmit the virus, even though there was no STD risk. That said, most Mpox infections probably are acquired by more intensive exposure than you describe, such as body-body rubbing (frottage).
There is no lab test for Mpox in exposed persons; diagnosis depends on symptoms. Most cases have onset of skin lesions 1-2 weeks after exposure. The lesions typically are similar to pimples and other superficial skin abscesses -- you can google it to find lots of photos of the kind of things to look for. If you have no such problem within two weeks of the sauna event, you can safely conclude you don't have it. But if there are no known cases recently in your area, you really needn't worry about it.
Looking back at your past questions, my replies now are pretty much the same as when you asked a similar question 2 ½ years ago (question 10519). You might take another look at it.
I hope these comments are helpful.

Thanks. I understand. Another question, maybe because of guilt I am concentrating on touching and grabbing his penis. If I was to have touched and grabbed any other part of this persons body, like the arm or leg, would the chances of catching mpox be the same?

These exposures also were minimal if any risk.---
