Hi doctors
I was yesterday Thai massage shop, I was lying on my back and the massage worker was putting the towel on my body from the front, and he was also putting the towel on my eyes for my comfort l can not see any things , and he put his mouth on the top of my penis .
The head of my penis is covered with a towel 2 times when I felt that, I felt angry i got up and finished the massage , I think he is gay
My question
If he put his mouth on the head of my penis with his saliva can the HBV go through the towel to the head of my penis?

Welcome back to the Forum although I’m sorry you felt the need. I understand your questions.
You have been informed on three earlier questions that Hepatitis B cannot be transmitted from a contaminated towel wet with genital secretions. The same is true if there are oral secretions on the towel- still no risk. Further, hepatitis B is not known to be transmitted through receipt of oral sex.
The event you describe did not put you at risk for hepatitis B or any other STI, including HIV. There is no need for testing.
You seem quite worried about hepatitis B. Vaccination would eliminate any risk. EWH

I hope you understood my question, and please excuse me for this repeated anxiety—I’m trying to get away from it.

What worries me the most is that the masseur put his mouth on my penis through the towel, and the bigger concern is his saliva.

I’ve told you I understand your question. My assessment will not change. The event you describe was NO RISK. No need for concern or testing. EWH---

How do I convince my mind to leave this anxiety? All this because I know that the hepatitis B virus is one of the most powerful viruses to withstand environmental conditions.

As I said above, the best way to address your unwarranted anxiety is to take the hepatitis B vaccine which will protect you from infection.
This thread is now complete and will be closed. EWH
