I am a middle aged man.  I recently had an interaction with an older senior male.  He was sucking/ licking my feet/toes/heels while I masturbated.  At some point he also sucked and licked my testicles and surrounding area.  I am wondering about the risk of HIV or any other STI’s from this encounter as this person was unknown to me and therefore I do not know his health status  please advise.  Thank You.

Having your toes or feet kissed and sucked or, similarly, having your testicles licked or sucked. Do not put you at risk for any STI including HIV. I see no medical reason for testing or for concerned. My advice is to move on and not worry. EWH.---

Thank you for your prompt reply and for your reassurance.  Just to be sure, would your answer remain the same considering that I may have had small cuts/scrapes on my feet and as an elderly man he may have bleeding teeth/gums etc??  

Good question.  Cuts or scrapes on your feet or your partner’s possible gum or dental disease or cuts or open sores in the mouth do not change my assessment.  Still no reason for concern.  ---
