About 33 days ago i deeply kissed a girl in and sucked on her breast. no sex.
1. i took a test for both hiv/ syphilis today on day 33.
are my results once they come back conclusive or do i have to wait the 6 weeks?
i took a 4th gen test and a syphilis test that they are sending to a lab.

Welcome to our Forum. Thanks for your confidence in our service. The activities you describe were no risk events for all STIs. From a scientific perspective there was no need for testing. Technically your syphilis test results are conclusive but your HIV test results are 98% but not entirely conclusive.
No STIs including HIV are not transmitted by deep kissing or sucking on an infected person’s breasts, even if that person was lactating and breast milk is ingested.

Hello Dr . i got my test resuts from the 4th gen and rpr lab test. can i consider my self 100percent clear from hiv and syphilis or do i have to go back at day 45. Ive seen some drs recommend 4 weeks and some 6 weeks

Please see my comments above. I see no scientific or medical reason for further testing. My advice is to put your concerns aside and move forward without additional testing. EWH---
