So I have a question regarding massage. I read through the massage posts here but of course I had to ask about my specific scenario.

I received a massage from a friend that’s trans. This person is promiscuous, states they are on prep and sees their doctor every month. There was some flirting and ultimately I did get aroused. She begged me to self masturbate and “release” on her face. There was no touching the penis , oral, or anything of the sort.

She didn’t even touch my penis and during the massage she barely touched any erogenous zones.

It was at her place, dimly lit and I don’t think I stepped on any needles or sharp objects or pierced my skin. She said relax all she does is weed and there’s nothing like that in her house.

I’m trying to conceive with my wife. I’m sure this is mostly guilt.

What are the chances I got hiv, hep c, syphilis chlamydia or gonorrhea from these activities?

Do I need to test?

Can I have unprotected sex with my wife?

It truly was a massage (at her place) don’t know if sheets were clean or hands were clean or if she was touching herself. But I know for darn sure there was no oral, vaginal or anal going on and not even a handjob.

Welcome to the Forum. Thanks for your questions. I'll be glad to comment. The activities that you describe was a no risk event for all STIs, including HIV. If she's on PrEP and getting checked regulalry, it is unlikely that she had HIV or any other STI. Specifically, there is no risk of receipt of a massage (even if she had a cut or genital secretions on her hands), or from contact with potentially contaminated sheets or bed clothes. There is no scientific reason for testing. Nor is there any reason to abstain from unprotected sexual contact with your wife. Please don't worry. EWH---
