Im missing a cuticle on my finger from an accident at work. Would that pose an risk for any STDs from the strip club? For example if that finger came into any contact with bodily fluids or secretions?

There has never been a reliably reported case of HIV infection in which the only possible exposure in the preceding days or weeks was an exposure like yours. HIV and other STD bacteria and viruses cannot penetrate fabric. Hand-genital contact (e.g. vaginal fingering) also has not been known to transmit anything -- and of course at any point in time millions if not billions of persons have minor wounds of the fingers, missing cuticles, etc. HIV is much harder to transmit than that. Even entirely unprotected vaginal sex with an HIV infected partner typically transmits the virus only once for ever thousand or more exposures.

So no worries at all about this even; no need to test for anything; and if you're in a sexual relationship, you can safely continue your usual sexual activities without putting them at risk for anything.

None of these events has any possibility at all for transmitting HIV or any other STI. HIV and the other STD bacteria and viruses evolved to require moist warm surfaces to have substantial and often prolonged (several minutes) contact for transmission to occur. That's why they're sexually transmitted!
