[Question #14069] Worried about encounter

Hi there, thanks for this service. I'm in BC. I'm a married male to a female and had a couple encounters with another male. I have known him on and off for a number of years. He told me he does not have any STI's is neg and on prep. My concern is HSV 1 or 2. Our interactions were basically mutual masturbation (which the dr's on here mention carry basically no risk), he barley touched me. I gave him oral with a condom. No lesions noted on him and again he said he does not have HSV. My concern is i don't remember the timeline off our interactions (as this happened a few months ago) so not sure of the approx average 5 days onset of symptoms. Possibly around that time I had flu like symptoms for 2-3 days, mild fever and fatigue (still was able to work) that also included diarrhea for those days which I hear is uncommon for the onset of HSV. I did not notice any painful lesion/blisters on my penis at that time or an oral lesions. I was masturbating on and off and I think one time I irritated my penis with my wedding ring and it left a friction type lesion on my upper shaft. To make matters more interesting, at the same time I was using topical lotions for a groin intertrigo that led to a canadida secondary infection (1 week of lamisl, 2 weeks of ketoderm). My mind went right to thinking this lesion in genital HSV. Could I get genital HSV from giving Oral? Again a condom was used. No penetration anally or was that area touched. I saw a similar situation on here and the Dr said "theoretical risk IF lesion was present" . I for sure have anxiety around these situations probably due to having a partner. Hope this makes sense. Hoping I don't need testing and can have encounters with my wife and put this behind me.
