She was preparing to put my penis in her mouth. this was literally a second because I stopped her. Am I at risk for gono? Let's assume somehow my urethra touched her tongue. I don't want to catch anything. 

Welcome to our Forum and thanks for your questions.  I'll be glad to comment.  This was a virtually no risk encounter.  Most CSWs do not have STIs.  STIs are not transmitted by receipt of masturbation and even if she had an STI, touching your penis with her tongue would not put you at risk for infection.  I see no medical reason for concern or for testing.  EWH---
