I stepped on a needle in the car park. Was a diabetes needle i was informed, when i went to dispose off it safely at a near by pharmacy.  Started reading online about possible risk. Developed a low grade fever 38.2 on the 27th day. Fever/chill lasted about 48 hours. Got tested with 4th Gen test at after 42 days . Results were negative. 

 I read  about co infection and possible delay in anti body production for both viruses. Is there a window period in such cases that i should test after so i can feel secure and less anxious. 

Also  in case of elite controllers would their viral replication be too low for the p24 to be picked up. Thank you once again.
