[Question #14079] HIV & Syphilis Testing Questions

Dear Doctors,
I would like to seek your professional advice regarding my testing history for HIV and Syphilis:
I had an exposure with a couple of transgender escorts from Thailand on April 28, as far as I know all anal exposures (insertive and receptive) were protected, but oral was unprotected.
On May 7 (9 days), I tested positive for Pharyngeal Gonorrhea and Chlamydia (from a prior exposure), and got treatment with 500mg Ceftriaxone IV and 1g Azithromycin.
On May 8 (10 days), May 25 (27 days), and June 6 (39 days), I tested negative for both HIV and Syphilis.
The tests used were the Determine HIV Early Detect (4th gen) test for HIV, and the Determine Syphilis TP test for Syphilis. All tests were done with blood from a vein.
I am not on PEP or PrEP, and did not have any exposures since so the testing is for this specific encounter. I also have had no observable symptoms since the encounter.
*On a side note I have also received my negative test of cure for the pharyngeal infections on May 30, 23 days after antibiotics.

My questions are as follows:
1. For HIV, would you recommend retesting to meet the 6 week guidelines given that I'm only 3 days short of 6 weeks? Or can I consider this practically conclusive?
2. For Syphilis, I understand that under normal circumstances 6 weeks would be considered conclusive, but given that I had the doses of antibiotics for the treatment of Chlamydia and Gonorrhea which may or may not have affected the bacteria's incubation timeline, would you recommend retesting?

Thank you and I look forward to your response.
