[Question #14081] HPV Diagnosis and Disclosure Questions

Hi there,
Recently I had a single condyloma removed from my lower labia. It was a single spot. I also saw an ENT specialist for a bump on my tonsil which she agrees could also be a squamous papilloma (also caused by low risk HPV) which I am also having removed.
What is the probability that there are more condyloma inside my vaginal canal and cervix and what do I need to ask my doctor to do in order to have a thorough exam done within? Low risk HPV is treated more nonchalantly than high risk… and I want to ensure EVERYTHING is being seen and removed. The one that was removed was very small and hard to notice in the first place. Is the best way examination with a speculum? Colscopopy? Again, only one condyloma was found on the outside and removed. I am getting the squamous papilloma removed also.
Once I remove everything from my tonsil/vagina/vaginal canal… how often should I be examined for recurrences?
Advice on disclosure since this was in multiple areas. How long should I wait until I am sexually intimate again? Do I need to disclose forever and what’s the best rule of thumb for disclosure in the future (3-6 months no recurrences)? I am recently divorced and this is the affecting my mental health significantly as I am eager to put myself out there and continuing my journey of starting over.
Thank you in advance for any advice you can give.
