I was at a concert on Saturday night & was pretty drunk. I went to the bathroom an & found my way back to my seat without issue (per my wife). When I woke up the next morning (yesterday) my shoulder felt sore and I was told I didn’t fall. I have high anxiety about blood borne diseases as it is. I didn’t see any blood on my shirt I was wearing. This morning I checked my shoulder and about 2” away from where my shoulder was sore (to the touch) I noticed a small pin point raised scab. I scraped it off with my finger nail and squeezed it & it bled. I’m now scared that I was poked with a needle or injected while I was in the bathroom. I do not see any other marks that look the same as this.I feel very depressed and unsure what to do. It’s been about 65 hours since this may have happened. I seen on an online doctor site they offer PEP but I don’t know if that is a good idea or not as I do not know for sure if I am just unlucky and found one spot that resembles a needle puncture or if I’m being paranoid for no reason. Even if drunk & have no memory of when I left my wife to use the bathroom, would I remember if I was poked or injected with a needle? I do remember some of my bathroom trip but not all. I don’t recall a poke or pain or scuffle but my shoulder does hurt.
Would my light grey shirt I was wearing have blood on it if I was indeed poked through the shirt (this was in the front of my shoulder above collar bone). Would the pain or soreness to the touch be directly over the mark I found? Like I said my shoulder is sore to the touch about 2” away from this mark. The actual mark wasn’t sore or painful at all when I located it

I also have bleeding Hemorrhoids and left some blood on the toilet seat before my daughter used toilet I’m worried if she could be infected with hiv or hepatitis if I were infected. If her vagina touched it or her toilet paper
