I am back to the forum and I am happy to look for your advices that were always very accurate

I started a new relationship with a girl. We had our first sexual intercourse with a condom. This was my request. The day after she went for a complete STD and shared with me the results. Blood test including: 

HIV agp24 - Negative 

Hepatitis C - Negative 

Shyphilis - Negative 

Hepatitis B - Negative 

I did the same and all my results were negative. So we took out the condom. We spent a week end together and had 3 times sex without condom of course  

5 days after the 1st intercourse without condom and the day after the last one, I started to have itchy in my base of the penis with 5 red dots. The same day I started to have a cutaneous rash in my arms. The cutaneous rash didn't stop until today (After two weeks of the initial of the rash). I went to the 1st dermatologist and she said it is a foliculitis. Took antibiotics but it didn't stop growing. Arms, trunk, back, pubis and now my feet. I have visited other dergmatologist who said it is Psoriasis guttata and made me on dermocorticoids. Some dots are now being blanked while others are appearing 

Today after 15 days without seeing her (went to US for the world cup) she informed me that her gynecologist diagnosed her with HSV. She went for an antibody test and both IgG and IgM are positive. I did the same test today and mine are negative. I did also ASLO to see if I had strepto before and it is negative as well 

I don't know what are my risks? Is this rash can be an HIV ARS? 

Well I am a little bit confused 

Can you help me try to understand and how should I behave?
