[Question #14101] Worried one time unprotected vaginal sex

I am a 59-year-old heterosexual married man. About one week ago, I had my first and only sexual encounter outside my marriage. I deeply regret it and have never done anything like this before, which is why I am very anxious.
The encounter was with a 52-year-old woman. We had unprotected vaginal intercourse, and she also performed oral sex on me. I did not ejaculate. There was no anal sex. I have had no symptoms (no discharge, sores, rash, burning with urination, or fever).
Based on this one-time exposure:
- What is my realistic risk of acquiring HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, herpes, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and trichomoniasis?
- Does receiving oral sex change my HIV risk in any meaningful way?
- Which STI tests do you recommend, and at what time points, to confidently rule out infection?
- If my tests are negative at the recommended times, can I consider this event behind me and move on?
- If possible, could you describe my risk using a real-life metaphor or analogy? I find it much easier to understand probabilities that way.
Thank you for your time and expertise.
