Hello Dr., I hope this message finds you well
I was frequenting CSW of asian ethnicity multiple times a week from the months of Dec 2025 till my final exposure in April 12th. ALL encounters i wore a condom during vaginal intercourse but i did have exposures where oral was performed on me without me wearing a condom multiple times.
The threat of HIV never occurred to me because I figured i was always wearing protection, but then i read that hiv can be transmitted via oral sex.
My last exposure was April 12 but i have tested negative on March 29th, April 6th, April 17th, May 18th, and June 7th. All of these tests are 4th gen blood drawn from vein and sent to a public health lab in Ontario, Canada.
My question is how conclusive are my results? My final test being 56 days after my last sexual encounter/exposure. Would this test also cover for HIV-2 as well?
I am asking because i have been feeling unwell for the last week or so. Today in particular where i feel dizzy, body aches, tender nodes in between my thighs, and over all flu-ish.
Do you recommend an additional test? the anxiety is crippling me

Sorry, Doctor i forgot to mention that it was multiple different CSW; not the same person every time. I frequented about 20 different CSW in that time frame... Regrettably

sorry Dr; one more input. With a couple of the CSW i also engaged in deep french kissing. I don't know if this changes my risk.
