I am a male and would like your advice regarding a possible STI exposure and symptoms.

Around 12–14 days ago, while in Barcelona, I met a Colombian woman at a nightclub. She came to my table and later came back with me. I do not know her STI status. I was unsure about her background, but she did not ask for money.

We had vaginal sex using a condom. During intercourse, the condom rolled up fully toward the base because I was not maintaining a full erection, but the head/glans of my penis remained covered and the condom did not break. I also received oral sex without a condom. I did not notice blood, bleeding gums, or mouth sores.

About 4 days later, I noticed a mild intermittent stinging sensation at the tip of my penis (not during urination). Recently, I have noticed small amounts of white fluid/discharge at the tip, mainly when waking up, and a small dried stain on my underwear that looked slightly yellowish/greenish.

Today I will do a NAAT test for gonorrhea and chlamydia.

My concerns:

1. Do these symptoms suggest gonorrhea, chlamydia, or another cause?

2. What additional STI tests do you recommend?

3. Considering the exposure, should I test for HIV (4th generation) and when would be the appropriate timing
