[Question #14133] Tested too early?

I had unprotected sex with provider at a massage parlor. I ejaculated inside her. I took doxypep within 24hrs

I went and got tested 4 days after event. The 5th day results for RNA chlamydia and gonorrhea test at quest diagnostics were negative. Did I test too early? Can I be confident with these test results?
