Hello Doctors, I was diagnosed with genital HPV in 2021, but had them starting in 2020 thinking they were skin tags, cryo finally cleared them 2022, my wife never had any or my other female partner of 10 years, even though we continued sex because I didnt know I had them, they were in crease of thigh and on scrotum, and I made them worse by shaving not knowing. I have not had them any more since 2022 until.last month (June 10th, cryo on July 2nd) a flat white spot popped up and derm said its warts and use cryo again, my question is if my partners didnt get them, is it likely they were vaccinated? and since they came back I guess I didnt clear them like they say majority of ppl do, so for past 6 years they have been exposed, im praying they dont pop up on them this time around, but is there any reason to discontinue sex at this point? Also I read that when they return they usually come in same spot, but this time mine are on my actual shaft, so does that make it more like they might show symptoms this time around since it touches them more than the previous location, and whats the risk of them performing oral on me and I didnt know this new spot was an issue? Reddit has me going crazy and im afraid my life is about to be over...my marriage etc. .I was so confident I had cleared this since its been almost 4 years ...sigghhh..thanks in advance
