[Question #14136] NGU or Urethral Irritation?

Dear Experts,
I am 39, male. 19 days ago I had sexual contact with a asian sw in Germany: no vaginal or anal intercourse, oral sex with condom, possibly a very brief unprotected oral contact before condom use, and brief superficial glans-vulva contact without penetration.
First-void urine PCR panels on days 10 and 16 were negative for chla, gon, m. genitalium and T. vaginalis. I had not urinated for about 4h before the first test.
I have intermittent burning/tingling at the penile tip, mild meatal redness, occasional sticking of the meatal edges, perineal pressure and groin discomfort, but no visible discharge, fever, testicular pain/swelling or significant dysuria.
I had unprotected sex with my wife on day 14. I feel more Symptome after unprotected sex. Could I get sth from her?
Do these tests exclude the four infections? Is pathogen-negative NGU likely? treatment? Would azithromycin 1 g help, and is my asymptomatic wife at risk or in need of treatment?
Thank you for your Advise.
