March 29 exposure. These were my test at 10 day (April 8)  Chlamydia/GC Amplification(urine) HIV-1/HIV-2 Qualitative RNA. And these were my test at 43 days  HIV Ab/p24 Ag with Reflex; RPR; Venipuncture. All negative. I’m still scared for my pregnant wife. I don’t know why I think the Asian massage lady maybe gave me oral on my penis or worse she somehow got on top of me and inserted my penis into her vagina while my eyes were closed. Are my test conclusive to rule out an infection from those scenarios in my head or I need more test? Massage place was in Oregon

Welcome back to our firm. I’m saddened to see that you continue to worry about the exposure you described when we interacted two weeks ago. My answers to this repetitive question will not change. You’re testing proves that you were not infected with any of the STI you tested for from the exposure you described. Further testing is a waste of time. Your wife is not at risk because of your misstep. I urge you to put your fears aside and move forward without concern. If you cannot do that, I advise against the further testing and instead, recommend that you seek confidential counseling to help you move forward from your unwarranted concerns. EWH.---
