Hi Doctors!

I have been most hardest time ofmy life now about 4 month

I exposure was unproctected country where is very high prevelance of Hep b. I m freaking out because i have childrens and i know its easy infect household members. Ihave no vaccines, but i get vaccines to my childrens 7 weeks after my exposure, second dose 11 week after exposure.
IS there any help vaccines at this point?

I have done testing so far:

HIV DUO 4 week and 9 week  after exposure NEGATIVE
HBV PCR DNA 4 week after NEGATIVE
Hbsag 4 week, 9 week and 90 Days after exposure NEGATIVE
SYPHILIS 4 week, 9 week and 16 week NEGATIVE
GONNORHHEA, CHLAMYDIA 2 week and 17 week NEGATIVE swabs also
HCVAB 4,9 and 17 week after exposure NEGATIVE

Im worried of sick, are these conclusive? or do i have to take more tests? Idont have Hbcab test IS that problem? IS it possible that i was hbasg positive between 9 week test and 90 Days test, there is gap about 3 half weeks? I maybe sound crazy, but this is all because im worried my kids.

Welcome to our Forum.  I will be pleased to help you interpret your test results.   All of the testing you have done is now conclusive and it provided definitive proof that you were not infected with any of the following from the unprotected exposure 4 months ago that you mention.  Be confident that you did not get:

Gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C.

You do not need further testing.

In addition, now that your children have had two doses of hepatitis B vaccine, they are protected from future infection.  Please make sure however that they do get the third and final vaccine dose as this will assure that their protection is long lasting.

No. this is not possible.  If you had hepatitis B one of the tests would certainly have been positive.  You are in the clear.  EWH

One more doctor, sorry. IS there yany change hbasg test can fail nowdays?, these are done by University Hospital in scandinavia and they use latest technology.

Final answer.  While no test is perfect,  You have been tested for hepatitis B with multiple tests which use different methods for detecting infection.  They are all negative and taken together your test results prove, without a doubt that you did not acquire hepatitis from the encounter you describe.  You really need to believe your test results and stop worrying about having been infected.---
