Welcome to the Forum. Your question arrived just before I checked on our site today and so you got an unusually rapid response. I hope you will find it helpful. I should warn you at the same time however that our site is not monitored 24/7 but checked several times daily, thus any follow-up may take a few hours.
The exposure that you describe has not placed you at risk for any STI. The reasons for this are several and include that most STI pathogens become non-infectious soon after exposure to the air and that transfer of genital secretions on a person's finger (or an inanimate object) does not lead to infection because of the mechanical "dilution" effects of such transfers. This was a no risk event. There is no need for concern and no reason for testing for and STI.
