Hello and this will be my last question. I have been doing good lately, but today I noticed a small yellow filled spot on my buttock. I assumed it was a hair follicle, but I barely touched it and it leaked this yellow watery fluid and it was yellow on the toilet paper. I was freaked out due to how it was watery, opposed to the clumpy pus usually. After it seemed to bleed. The spot was
Tiny and I was doing great lately, but this threw me off.  What is it?

You really need to get a grip on yourself and not assign every possible variation or abnormality that you see in your hyper-aware state to the sexual encounter that you are so worried about.  I cannot tell you form a distance, over the internet what this might be.  Your description is perfectly compatible with folliculitis or a simple cyst, both of which are normal and not STIs.  There is NO STI whose description corresponds with the spot you describe (including herpes).

Please note that the forum does not permit repeated anxiety driven questions by the same users. This will have to be your last one; future new questions on this topic will be deleted without reply and without refund of your posting fee. This policy is based on compassion, not criticism, and is designed to reduce temptations to keep paying for questions with obvious answers; because experience shows that continued answers tends to simply prolong such anxieties, when the real answer normally should be professional counseling; and because such questions have little educational value for other users, one of the forum's main purposes. I trust you will understand.  EWH

Doctor hook I get what your saying and this will indeed be my last question.  I know I have to get a grip of this situation, The watery yellow substance is what sketched me out.  I freaked my self out  after talking to two of my friends with hsv2 the other week. who are still negative to this day on IGG blood test, but positive by swab.  My compassion is to not infect a person, but I just wanted to talk to an STD expert to put this thing to bed.  I just want to move on.

Once again, you are asking repetitive questions.  As I said above nothing about this suggests HSV.  EWH

Well Dr. Hook my last post wasn't even a question,  so a repeat question from this post isn't possible. It was more a post explaining myself for my fears and reasons for my original question on this post. I have two friends who tested positive by swab, but still until this day negative by IGG blood test. This is why freaked out after I saw this awkward mark on my buttocks. I like to thank you for your guidance and answers. I'm good and will recommend others to this site when they need guidance. I will however not seek therapy due to my elevated psa levels. My levels were normal 10months ago and have seemed to increase significantly and when pissing and your pee stream starts hitting the bathroom stall to the right of you and not the toilet haha something is up, but it's maybe it's not STD related. Thanks
